Grand Ridge Brewery is one of Australia’s first and most recognised craft breweries. A 100% Australian, family owned company, the brewery is housed in an old butter factory in Mirboo North, a country town in the stunning Victorian Strzelecki Ranges. Grand Ridge Brewery use only the highest quality ingredients to produce beers of exceptional flavour and purity with no added chemicals or preservatives. The quality of their beers has been recognised over the years with over 250 Australian and International beer awards won.
Grand Ridge Brewery created two new beers to cater towards a young, hip market. Bottle labels, six packs, four pack and cases were produced.
Moving away from their traditional packaging the brewery sought exciting new artwork to make a statement in the diverse craft beer marketplace. As a point of difference each beer was photographed under a microscope resulting in unique imagery. The crystal formations of the beer made vibrant patterns for the packaging and intrigue for the consumer. As Grand Ridge Brewery do not add chemicals or preservatives to their beer, the concept of the beer under the microscope fitted well in their doctrine – clean, pure, ‘better for you’.
