The Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia (AHCWA) is the peak body representing 20 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services across Western Australia at a State and National level.
AHCWA required their logo to be upgraded while retaining the central imagery. The original image is a painting depicting the 5 main tribal areas of WA connecting the head office in Perth. Using Illustrator the logo was transformed into vector graphics and simplified in the process. Large, clean type was added to strengthen the logo.
Following the revamp of the logo, a style guide was created to implement a consistent brand. Fonts, colour palettes, logo use and stationery were set out in the guide.
Window graphics were created for the exterior and interior of the new office, and a large sign at the front. Indigenous artwork was wrapped around the bike rack and a large painting affixed to the front wall.
